Phone was in superb condition. I ordered one in fair condition, only one very small scratch on body that was hardly noticeable . Really good performance and super HD screen. I would recommend Back Market to friends and family.

I can't fault the phone or the service my Galaxy A34 turned up in mint condition, works perfectly and if I didn't know it was refurbished then I would think it was brand new. Bonus too it arrived the day before predicted. Will definitely use Back Market again.

Phone was totally as new. No issues with setting it up, transferring apps & settings from my former phone. Delivery of items was quick and faultless. Will probably repeat the purchase when replacing my wife's phone.

My Samsung A34 5g is a great phone in wonderful condition. It came quickly and matched the description in the ad. I am very pleased indeed having saved a lot of money by purchasing a Back Market pre-owned android phone.

First order cancelled but reordered another one in a better condition, still at a reasonable price. Phone came as described with one small dent on a single corner but screen is flawless.
