    I wanted to upgrade my Huawei phone but did not wish to pay a premium, so trawled through several sites and found this one. It had such good reviews from several sites with regard to reconditioned items.I was not disappointed, not only the price but also the excellent condition that this reconditioned model was in.It was exactly as described.The process of buying was easy,and the tracking and delivery dates given were excellent.Yes, I have seen reconditioned deals of this model a bit cheaper elsewhere in the last few days, but I am really happy with my purchase and would not hesitate in making another purchase in the future from this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to make a purchase of a reconditioned item.

    Quicker than you first stated, and arrived unexpectedly as tracker not updating, but I was in so no problem. I was surprised at the pristine condition - it still had samsung seals and film on screen, so it seemed unused.i was very happy with the deal which was massively under new price. And the insurance deal was better than my home insurance add on or anything on line, so I am happy and reassured.i would unreservedly recommend you and agree with other rave reviews, even if it seems a bit corny to do so.Thanks, Paul Smith,

    Incredibly impressed with the phone. Hard to believe its reconditioned. I am convinced it's brand new. Will never buy a NEW phone again. I intend to purchase a laptop from this site soon too.

    Very impressed with back market. needed to replace my son's phone with something sub 200 preferably Samsung. was pleasantly surprised by quickly finding the phone on the website. And phone delivered was brand new and in mint condition.

    My Samsung A34 5g is a great phone in wonderful condition. It came quickly and matched the description in the ad. I am very pleased indeed having saved a lot of money by purchasing a Back Market pre-owned android phone.

    I was very happy to receive a brand new phone in the original sealed packaging. It was lime green rather than the grey that I ordered but does not matter at all because the colour is unimportant to me. Very happy customer !

    I purchased an "Excellent" condition A34 and it arrived, from what I can tell, unused in its original packaging. It looks and works like new and was at a great price. I would definitely recommend this seller and BackMarket to others.

    All good so far (purchased in Jan 2024). You need to buy an adaptor for mains charging and for plugging in earphones, but not very expensive. Screen size is larger than I have had before, but that's good for my ageing eyes! Back Market was recommended to me by a friend - good recommendation, I say!

    as expected when buying something described as excellent, no marks on device. factory reset not clear everything from phone. there was 2 voice recording in one of the folders. knew it wasn't pre-set by the language. phone in great condition with awesome battery time. I'm a little disappointed it does not come with the original box.

    Early days, only beena week or so. However what I have received is an A34 in excellent condition, absolutely as new, very good phone, coming off an iPhone 12, this is a much more capable phone - faster & much more responsive compared. Very very good battery life (2days average while browsing, emails& taking calls) All in all great phone effectively a spotless brand new phone, charging cable;all while a bit kinder to the environment. 10/1
