I was very happy to receive a brand new phone in the original sealed packaging. It was lime green rather than the grey that I ordered but does not matter at all because the colour is unimportant to me. Very happy customer !

I purchased an "Excellent" condition A34 and it arrived, from what I can tell, unused in its original packaging. It looks and works like new and was at a great price. I would definitely recommend this seller and BackMarket to others.

Very happy. Condition was as described (excellent). Came with a box and a bonus gift of usb cable. Absolutely would consider back market again for future purchases if the latest model is not needed.

Really unimpressed with tech traders worldwide, called the service number in the packaging 8 times to no response. No help whatsoever. Help given on chat app was fine, but resulted in me having to accept a refund and get a phone elsewhere. All the hassle led me to buy a new phone rather than a trade in as this experience massively reduced my confidence in refurbished phones.
