I can't fault the phone or the service my Galaxy A34 turned up in mint condition, works perfectly and if I didn't know it was refurbished then I would think it was brand new. Bonus too it arrived the day before predicted. Will definitely use Back Market again.

Phone was totally as new. No issues with setting it up, transferring apps & settings from my former phone. Delivery of items was quick and faultless. Will probably repeat the purchase when replacing my wife's phone.

Quicker than you first stated, and arrived unexpectedly as tracker not updating, but I was in so no problem. I was surprised at the pristine condition - it still had samsung seals and film on screen, so it seemed unused.i was very happy with the deal which was massively under new price. I was very happy to receive a brand new phone in the original sealed packaging. It was lime green rather than the grey that I ordered but does not matter at all because the colour is unimportant to me. Very happy customer !

My Samsung A34 5g is a great phone in wonderful condition. It came quickly and matched the description in the ad. I am very pleased indeed having saved a lot of money by purchasing a Back Market pre-owned android phone.
