Ordered a Galaxy A52 which was quoted as "fair" condition but it came in very good condition with no visible marks on. The only issue was that the delivery came a day later than was expected. Also, the A52 supposedly comes with dual sim slots, however the second slot is also used for a memory card so you cannot have a memory card and a second sim card at the same time. All my previous phones allowed me to gave two sims and memory card simultaneously.

I bought the cheapest phone from the "fair" quality and it came through looking 👌. One of my better financial decisions. As for the phone itself it is a good phone all round except for the mediocre camera.

The purchasing process was fine. Very pleased with my new phone. The trade in process not so good. Although I understand that you are determined not to receive stolen goods, the requirements for a copy of my passport, date of birth and bank details were too risky for me to reveal so I declined to trade in my old phone.

It was rated fair, but it came cleaner than I expected and delivery was prompt. I'm definitely using this plug over and over again.
