Phone is top notch, Condition is great and the price was amazing considering all other sources. Love the fact you can trade in your old / broken phone in the same packaging you recieve your refurbished phone in so easily, kudos to the design team on that packaging design choice!

I ordered a Samsung A52s 5g in fair condition. When it arrived I was delighted with its condition and the speed it arrived. I spent a number of hours setting it up made more difficult as my old phone finger print scan had failed. The first week was very satisfying, battery life and the phone were great. However when a software update was downloaded it would not install, taking advice from the Internet I visited the Samsung shop who told me they could install the software for a £30 charge but could not guarantee that the next level software will install successfully. I chose a refund as I could not be without a phone for the 10 days a repair would take. I've received a refund for the total money paid including postage. So it didn't work for me but I'm not disappointed.

Chose a Samsung A52, deluvered without paying for any express service, phone arrived within 36 hours. Phone condition as advertised and now giving me good service. Phone does what I need, best mobile phone purchase I ever made.

So happy with the phones and service. It was so straightforward, the phones arrived the next day and they look brand new. I will only use Back Market from now for whenever I need to change phones. Excellent value for money.

It always seems like taking a punt when ordering on that sort of platform, but in this case it went absolutely smoothly: product arrived in perfect condition, one day before the expected delivery day, and it works just fine. Would order again from this provider!

Ordered a Galaxy A52 which was quoted as "fair" condition but it came in very good condition with no visible marks on. The only issue was that the delivery came a day later than was expected. Also, the A52 supposedly comes with dual sim slots, however the second slot is also used for a memory card so you cannot have a memory card and a second sim card at the same time. All my previous phones allowed me to gave two sims and memory card simultaneously.

I bought the cheapest phone from the "fair" quality and it came through looking 👌. One of my better financial decisions. As for the phone itself it is a good phone all round except for the mediocre camera.

I went for the cheapest option (fair condition) not expecting anything other than a used looking phone. Have to look really hard to see signs of use. Very pleasantly surprised. quick delivery too. would I use back market again .. definitely
