Brilliant service. My teenage son is over the moon with his Samsung a52s phone. Recieved within a couple of days, not a scratch on it, works smoothly and he's impressed with the camera. I've bought from this site twice before and there's absolutely no reason to be forking out hundreds of pounds of a new phone when you can get what you want here for a fraction of the price. I also added the monthly insurance for around £1.50 a month. Can't go wrong with that. Recommended 100 %.

Phone came with a charging cable and well packed. Factory reset it and and started the registration with ease. Transfer of data etc was easy as it was samsung to samsung. Bought a phone that was in fair condition. it was a expected. once the case was on, you couldn't tell there were flaws. Would use again.

Very happy with my choice, I choose the right balance of spec and condition to suit me and my budget. Small scratch on screen is easily sorted with a screen protector. Phone works well, looks smart and does everything I need..

The phone is great. I took a chance and purchased a fair category phone after reading other reviews. The back is marked but once it's in the cover you can't see them, the screen has no marks. The phone works perfectly. So glad I purchased this phone as it was a great price

this is the second phone I bought here, first one was iPhone 13, and everything seems fine. From order to delivery time it was smooth transaction. Apart from Royal Mail leaving the phone package outside my door when delivering, not even ringing the door bell, but that is complaint for RM, not Back Market! So far, very happy customer
