    I think the device itself is good - and it does what I need so far. However, I'm disappointed that the battery only lasts just an hour - hour and a half when not plugged in. I'm surprised as the ad I saw said it would last considerably longer than this.

    The laptop was in poor condition. The body had lots of scratches, and the battery was severely deteriorated, resulting in poor battery life. On top of that, it wouldn’t charge at all. I returned it the very next day, but the seller did not process my refund despite receiving the device. Thankfully, the Back Market support team was incredibly helpful and kept track of the situation every step of the way. They ultimately processed my refund, and I got my money back.

    Firstly, the seller was 4 days late. Didn’t update tracking so I had no idea what was going on. Then the laptop just shows up, damaged all over the place so I sent it back immediately and now they still have not refunded me days later! Avoid at all costs.
