    I think the device itself is good - and it does what I need so far. However, I'm disappointed that the battery only lasts just an hour - hour and a half when not plugged in. I'm surprised as the ad I saw said it would last considerably longer than this.

    The laptop was in poor condition. The body had lots of scratches, and the battery was severely deteriorated, resulting in poor battery life. On top of that, it wouldn’t charge at all. I returned it the very next day, but the seller did not process my refund despite receiving the device. Thankfully, the Back Market support team was incredibly helpful and kept track of the situation every step of the way. They ultimately processed my refund, and I got my money back.

    Regents IT and Computers Ltd are SCAMMERS, do not buy from them! I don’t know about everybody else’s experience but this is 3rd party selling website and my seller is trying to scam and keep my money. To start with, they sent me the wrong device colour initially after a delayed preparation and delivery estimate already. To add to my frustrations, now after returning it promptly they have decided to ignore and not to refund me and I am currently going through the process of getting my refund through BackMarket themselves directly as a gesture. Stay clear of the 3rd party MacBook device sellers on here and more specifically stay clear of Regents IT and Computers Ltd. Poor service.
