I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. It arrived next day and was very well packaged.
