Dell Latitude 5400 14-inch (2019) - Core i5-8265U - 16GB - SSD 256 GB. This arrived in good time and in perfect condition, I honestly can't find a mark on it. There was only about £40 difference between 'fair' and 'excellent' condition, which now seems well worth the extra. Quick to set up and lightning-fast in operation, this laptop has a great 'feel' to it - satisfying keys and functions with just the right amount of 'click' and resistance. I'm well pleased with this, my second purchase from Back Market , and would recommend them and the product to anyone. Only one small point, the laptop was packaged in a plain brown box, which is ideal, but it didn't have a 'fragile' label on it. As I said it was in perfect condition, but a label might encourage a more gentle approach from a courier, avoiding potential rough treatment of the package.

Ordered two 2019 basic Dells and they chucked in one with touchscreen! Absolutely lovely experience purchasing through these, laptops are exactly how they described more than happy will be using these again!!

I bought the Dell Latitude 5400 and it has been much better than expected, I bought a different laptop a while back as a gift and the experience was not great but this laptop was excellent, I am very glad to have bought it.

I needed a Microsoft laptop to do all my outside and travel writing and this fits the bill exactly. It has enough memory if I need it but it more than meets the needs that I purchased it for. Thank you again Back Market for my fifth purchase and my fifth trade in for which I received excellent value.

The laptop appears to be in good condition, with some light signs of use. The laptop appears to have a good battery life. I had to clean away some sticky residue near the touchpad and I feel the laptop could have been a little cleaner. It arrived in good time and the laptop was thankfully wrapped in bubble wrap. I say thankfully as the laptop was able to move from side-to-side inside the box but due to the bubble wrap no damage was done. The laptop I bought was rated 'good' and it appears to be ok and so far appears to answer my needs. I am left thinking however perhaps I should have bought one in excellent condition?
