Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

A generally very good laptop, however, it was bought as good quality, but it has some screen defect, like a darker spot. it does not significantly affect the use, sometimes it is visible. Besides, there is some problem with the built-in microphone, it does not always work, maybe it is a matter of software or drivers?

Not as clean as i expected but overall great performance and great battery health then finger print sensor doesn’t completely scan finger prints then freezes, happens every time so couldn’t secure the laptop with finger print just with pin code

Laptop is cool, it looks better than i expected. Bought it for my husband for his work and he has been loving it so far.

Laptop was delivered on time and well packaged and is in new condition, it works fine and I am very happy with purchase. Will definitely buy again from Back Market, thanks
