I am pleased with my refurbished Dell computer. It ticks all the boxes and was delivered promptly. The packaging was superb, the appearance clean and tidy and all the functions work as expected. Very good value. I am a convert and may well buy more products in the future that I might not have considered because of the price.

I am not one to judge too quickly, especially with a complex inanimate device as a laptop. I intended waiting a month or so before leaving a review. However, I wish I had known Back Market earlier. With the refurbishment touch? Angels do no more.

Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the computer, and the speed of delivery based on a previous experience with another seller, and the reviews for this specific item and seller. The laptop is in my opinion really good condition. I bought "good" condition, and i definitely think it is appropriate. It has a super slight wear mark on the front lid, but everything is in good shape, clean and functions. The specs were all what I ordered, the charger works and charges laptop. I think the battery might be a little drained, but it still holds for a fair few hours without being charged. I'm really happy with my purchase, glad it worked out for me and will be looking at this seller for future purchases if I'm back on the market!

i think I will need to give you guys thumbs up, the laptop was actually clean I wasn't expecting something clean like that, the only issue I encountered was the laptop came with password which denied me access to the laptop after the third day I was using it, fortunately I contacted them about the issue and l was able to get help from them by sending flash drive to me to unlock the laptop,

I got it yesterday and, so far, I'm very, very happy. It's a lovely, solid-feeling laptop and I can't find a mark on it. It had Windows 11 installed but I've put Debian Linux on it. For £190, this is a real bargain.

I didn't realize that it had Windows 11.It's super fast and awesome after my old laptop ground to almost a halt. Back lit keys are great when the light gets low. The biggest plus for me was the sound system. It's like having you own FM radio. I do a lot of recording and singing recording and with free Fx sound software. I get the perfect sound. Worth every penn.y
