The laptop is good for fair condition. Has been working well and doing it's job well too. Only problem is the battery. It drains quite fast, but I assumed that was because of the condition that I bought it in. It just means that I have to plug in the charger while using the laptop, once that is done, all is well.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The webcam does not work. I only discovered this a few minutes before I was about to have a job interview over Zoom! I didn't test the camera, as nothing was mentioned about a broken webcam. It seems as though it is cracked/damaged inside. I need the laptop and did not have time to send back for repair, so I had to buy a webcam instead. I want to buy refurbished goods to help the environment but this has been a very disappointing experience.

When i bought this machine i wasnt trying to get stuff to put into my house - i wanted a laptop to work on but it has in the past few months the power and on off system seems to have reached the end of its life… the power button is often unresponsive, the charging is intermittent and it will shut down from displaying a full battery to suddenly empty. The machine is unreliable and dose nkt allow me its use… and therefore is useless After just 6 months. I don’t want it fixed it want my money back
