The delivery driver Bharat unintentionally or idk how can he deliver someone else parcel to others home. It was out in the rain for almost 1 hours thank god parcel was nicely packed. Didnt get through the package. It was clearly written on the billing address which house it is. I dont know what kind hurry he was in. Utterly careless !

Ordered a laptop that was listed as having a i5 8350u but it actually has a 8250u installed. Not a huge difference but still not what was promised. Not worth the hassel of returning as the processors are within 5% performance of each other but still disappointing. Laptop condition and delivery was all good however

Laptop was described as excellent but definitely wasn't excellent signs of wear and tear. Also no tracking information provided, i just got a message to say it would be delivered within an hour which is not good when you are at work. But on the plus side Laptop seems to be working OK.

First time using this site. Terrible experience would never use again.
