    I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. Great experience - would definitely recommend!

    item looks practically brand new. I'm guessing it had a new monitor as there is a slight bump in the bottom of the screen but frankly first inspect it looks new. spec almost as described. was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be touchscreen. I have logged in and for Web browsing it is buttery smooth! DPD were a bit rubbish with the delivery ignoring my request to delay delivery by a day? the box looked like it had been in a fight... thankfully the laptop looks perfectly fine.
