Laptop is in great condition, I got the fair version. There is a few scratches and marks but nothing that is noticeable, the laptop works excellently. I am very happy with my purchase, I have invested in a brand new hp before and it shut down half way through writing an assignment! I have had no issues with this yet :)

I bought this for an extended family member who is a student in Ghana. The price for the specification was excellent, and on arrival I checked it carefully. It is Win 10, which wasn't obvious from the specs, but is great for this case. The outside was slightly marked, but nothing objectionable. Otherwise it seems in good order, all software as should be etc. It is now on its way via a friend, and hopefully will help someone with their education.

Bought to replace an elderly asus laptop which disintegrated. Laptop is used for homeschooling so basic browsing and word/excel use-nothing too taxing. Didn’t want to spend on a new laptop when latest features are pretty redundant for what we need. This laptop does the job well and is a big improvement on our last one. Marked as excellent condition and would say it does look almost new. Some online reviews said it wouldn’t do Hanes like Roblox but confirm it does. All in all very happy. Arrived speedily and well packaged. Would we recommend

Delivery took longer than expected due to bank holiday and it had me stressing about my exams for university. Product quality and communication through the help centre has been ten ten. Would recommend!

OK, so this isn't the raciest machine on the site. I only bought it ad I needed a cheap laptop fast for my daughter to revise with. However, value for money, speed of delivery and quality of product are all brilliant.

Outstanding value for money.. arrived quickly, securely packaged and is perfect my college student son who’s Chromebook was no longer cutting it… outstanding!!
