Excellent tablet, good size and memory size is excellent as my son is game mad, he has downloaded so many already. The play store is great and what he uses to do this. Great value for money and would recommend this tablet its small and neat. I prefer it to his kindle tablet. so much more freedom on this tablet. Samsung is a great make. can't fault it. we love it.

great value tablet, i ordered good quality refurbished, and got a new tablet. great service, delivered 2 days after i ordered. im very pleased with my purchase, so much so, that im now looking at getting a new phone too

My Samsung tablet arrived in pristine condition. I'm yet to say I'm fully happy with th battery life. But seeing it is refurbished, it seems adequate for my current needs. BackMarket is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service! I'm thankful for their existence😁🙏🎉 and long may they live!

bought for my grandson for Xmas and the other for my daughter. Tablets are in vert good condition and in perfect working order. Awaiting my other order of another tablet for my granddaughter. Products are worth the prices

"Buyer Beware" I didn't know this before this experience, but be warned that - in their own words - "Back Market is a global marketplace including more than 1,500 sellers of refurbished devices" I've bought two Samsung tablets from Back Market and in both cases the tablets themselves have been great and they were received extremely quickly. However the advert for my most recent purchase turned out to be grossly misleading as it contained various photographs showing the tablet - complete with the Samsung S-Pen - attached to a keyboard and the "Seller Comment" actually included the text "Complete with Samsung S-Pen". I'd been looking at three identical tablets but the other two adverts featured neither the keyboard nor the S-Pen. Unfortunately my new tablet arrived without these accessories and having contacted customer support I was disappointed and annoyed to be told that the seller had neither item available. I could have returned the tablet for a full refund but did not wish to do this as the tablet itself was OK. I was however offered either a refund of £12 or an S-Pen to be sent to me - there was no mention of recompense for the missing keyboard. After a further enqu...

I was a little bit skeptical, as I had bought refurbished devices previously and had bad experiences with the quality, mind you from a different site. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, the device has no signs of use and I was glad to see the stylus provided with it also. It was well packed in a generic box and massive bubble bags. this was great, refurbished really well and not had it on change since it arrived (8 days ago) and it still has like 20% delivery was fast and hassle free, lots of updates, never had a back market issue with the 3 things I've bought

I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊
