    Initially I was sceptical about getting an excellent phone; but upon receiving the phone and examining it, I asked myself whether the phone is really refurbished because it’s more than excellent; very brand new without scratch whatsoever. If you want quality at an extremely affordable price then you can’t go wrong with Back Market.

    This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I got the one I wanted at half the retail price. I brought excellent condition and couldn't find any visual faults/marks with accubattery putting battery health at 96% so I couldn't be happier with my new phone. Only issue was the charger cable didn't seem to work but I had a spare so no Biggie.

    Condition was graded as fair, I personally think it was excellent. Phone is in 100% working condition and all you could ever expect from a refurbished phone. I can thoroughly recommend BackMarket for quality electronic goods.

    I was extremely impressed with the website and ease of choosing spec. Great delivery time and well packaged. I was amazed at the quality as I think I went for ‘fair’ in the end to keep price down. But screen and back perfect and worked out cheaper than scruffy ones I’d seen in phone shops. Beautiful iPhone 13 Pro Max! Love it! Told all my friends.

    I bought the Iphone 13 with a very good condition and it is very good indeed. No screen marks or scratches, the battery health was around 96% and lasts a decent amount of time. I was just expecting to get the original phone box but got a brown paper box instead, and also the charging cable is just a cable from iphone to usb-c (which I didn't know because it was my first time using iphone and I had to buy a new charger), but I guess it's okay.

    What can I say. I ordered a Samsung A54 and it was in excellent condition even though I picked the fair condition it was like new. Order the phone on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday so kudos on the super quick delivery also. When I need another phone I will definitely use Back Market again without hesitation.

    I ordered a Samsung Galaxay A33 in fair condition and it looks practically brand new apart from tiny scratch on the side. I had a few tething problems with it and I can't seem to bring my photos from my old broken phone, but I think that's me being old and a technophobe lol. Otherwise I'm happy with it.
