This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I got the one I wanted at half the retail price. I brought excellent condition and couldn't find any visual faults/marks with accubattery putting battery health at 96% so I couldn't be happier with my new phone. Only issue was the charger cable didn't seem to work but I had a spare so no Biggie.

The iPad itself looks brand new to me. It had only been charged 33 times before it came into my possession. However, the description said I would get a cable and a charger, but it only came with a Samsung cable and no charger. That's why I'm rating it as "pretty good" but not "awesome"

So I ordered a Samsung galaxy S21 ultra in fair condition yet when I got it there was 2 hair line scratches which is extremely difficult to see and the back is perfect only around the charging port is a bit rough. Thanks Back Market

What can I say. I ordered a Samsung A54 and it was in excellent condition even though I picked the fair condition it was like new. Order the phone on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday so kudos on the super quick delivery also. When I need another phone I will definitely use Back Market again without hesitation.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxay A33 in fair condition and it looks practically brand new apart from tiny scratch on the side. I had a few tething problems with it and I can't seem to bring my photos from my old broken phone, but I think that's me being old and a technophobe lol. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

All in all good service only down side it the £7.49’you add on for checking g the phone over surely when you are buying a phone for near £600 that should be included on the price Bad bit aside the phone was in great condition

The reason it's 4 not 5 stars is more the underlying product from Samsung not Back Market. I ordered LTE to explore this connectivity on a smart watch to explore it for full brand new latest model urchases. Well, to say I am disappointed would be an understatement as I can find no way of getting it to work. The watch won't work with phone service provider and I can't independently add a watch only esim. your tech support failed basic queries so not being prewarmed about LTE and follow-up tech support it's a 4 * from me.
