Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

I have this Google Pixel 9 Pro XL phone already, using it daily and it was a good buy! Can really recommend. 😀

The part exchange process is confusing to say the least. The item was at your refurbisher and you kept sending mail saying I should send it back. Perhaps your team should report on receiving the product. By that communication you convinced me the return was lost and you wasted my time and that of your customer service team.

bought in excellent condition and the only thing which gives away its not new is a broken seal on the packaging, the battery life is as advertised even after so many years since the watch was released, the charger and strap are brand new i think and genuine Samsung. It was so hard to find this color of purple with 256GB. Back Market didn't disappoint. I was worried that my phone would take too long to deliver, but I ordered it on a Wednesday and the next day it was delivered. i bought the great grade and theres not wvwn any signs of use or anything marks of faults. The S23 is exactly what I was hoping for and works really fast, with no glitches or anything, even as I have multiple tabs open. I'm very happy with n my purchase.

It was very reasonably priced and the backmarket version of fair quality is uchbetter than mine. The unit is in good condition. It was posted out quickly, again a reasonable price. Ihzave used Backmzrket before and I will in future. I can recommend Backmarket for both a good price and good quality devices.
