Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

I have this Google Pixel 9 Pro XL phone already, using it daily and it was a good buy! Can really recommend. 😀

The part exchange process is confusing to say the least. The item was at your refurbisher and you kept sending mail saying I should send it back. Perhaps your team should report on receiving the product. By that communication you convinced me the return was lost and you wasted my time and that of your customer service team.

bought in excellent condition and the only thing which gives away its not new is a broken seal on the packaging, the battery life is as advertised even after so many years since the watch was released, the charger and strap are brand new i think and genuine Samsung. Overall, I am very happy with backmarket and the product

Excellent quality. I knew it was excellent from the listing but was expecting a few scuffs here and there, or a couple of scratches. Nope. Immaculate, as new. I'm loving it.

I give 5/5 with my whole heart. Initially I thought it's just a scratched(used) piece but I got the new one like new sealed brand mobile. I'm really happy to use it. Thanks ack Market. I suggest you to pick Good instead fair, even some more.

Love this phone. Honestly use it as a normal phone as the front screen is just a little smaller than my S24 but when I need it, it unfolds and boom mini tablet. All my apps adjust to full screen as well. Great bit of kit. Only down side is its a bit weighty so hoping the fold8 will be lighter as will definately upgrade to that. Phone arrived on time and in great condition. Whole Backmarket service was brilliant.
