This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. I would buy from Back Market in future again, confident l'd be getting a great service/site to buy refurbished tech.

Excellent choice of refurbished phones and ordering is a simple process. Delivery time was as quoted, received within a few days. Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again should the need arise.

Overall I’m happy with my new phone. It looks good….just like new! There’s a lot of Arabic data though…on maps and the keyboard too which I can’t eliminate. I’m new to refurbished phones so this might be normal to have some data from the previous owner?

Really Nice phone and just what my wife wanted. Excellent condition, great colour, easy to set up. Arrived very quickly and would buy from Back Market again. If we have one small proviso it is that it seems to need charging more frequently than my own larger iPhone.
