    This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. I would buy from Back Market in future again, confident l'd be getting a great service/site to buy refurbished tech.

    Feels like having a new phone. Only the packing reminds that this is actually refurbished phone. It has been working perfectly since I've got it. Thank you for being out there with your services and making phones affordable.

    Overall I’m happy with my new phone. It looks good….just like new! There’s a lot of Arabic data though…on maps and the keyboard too which I can’t eliminate. I’m new to refurbished phones so this might be normal to have some data from the previous owner?

    Ordered Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G listed as excellent condition. Truly, there is not a mark on it. It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated and Backmarket kept me informed the whole way through the process. I've never bought a used phone before, and was a bit worried but I'd like to reassure anyone else that product quality and customer service are second to none.

    Doubtful about buying reconditioned I -pad but my fears were groundless. My I-pad appears brand new not a mark on it. Very very pleased and would highly recommend Back Market.

    Phone was perfect condition, arrived quicker than expected and works perfectly. The only downside was the charging lead that came with it didn't work but I had a spare at home so it wasn't a big deal for me. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend!

    Phone arrived in excellent condition, setup process ready to go, just as if bought from new. Colleagues and family are already saying this is the way they're going to update their phones in future so, for me, this has been a great find, and I'd definitely recommend.

    Fab service A1, the phone arrived in 24 hours, it is like a brand-new phone it really is, what a great deal, what a great price, I strongly recommend Back Market, no messing no fuss just a great A1 service, love the messages from back Market they make me smile.

    Very happy with the speed of delivery, quality of the phone and the price. I always keep a little in reserve so no ‘open mouth smiley face’ quite yet. Its goothat you have a recycling option for the old phone too.
