Fantastic example for a refurbished phone. Decided to purchase an ‘excellent’ IPhone SE 128gb 2022. Cannot complain, it arrived like brand new, with a charging cable and 100% battery health. Will definitely purchase from them again.

This is the first time I had used Back Market or bought a reconditioned item on the net. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The item came within the time widow promised and in good condition. The item itself was as ordered described, excellent condition although the home button took a little getting used to, needing a different pressure to my previous i phone - perhaps the previous owner was a little heavy handed.

Phone was in excellent physical condition (I bought the top grade) but the battery was barely at the stated minimum charge value. Given the cost of the device compared to other refurbished devices of more modern spec, I would have hoped for a new replacement battery at least.

I was a bit sceptical tbh at first but I can definitely say that I was completely wrong! My refurbished phone looks great; it works fine and it was affordable so I can’t recommend back market enough!!

My new (refurbished) phone arrived ahead of schedule, it looks like brand new and I am absolutely delighted with it and the service provided by Back Market and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

So far so good. I’m not a big Apple iPhone fan and have always used Android phones. I thought as I am critical of Apple, especially their prices and policies I should give the iPhone a chance. I am extremely pleased with the service from BackMarket. The phone arrived next day and was in mint condition. The price was very good compared to other websites, plus I’ve used BackMarket before. I have been using the phone as my main phone but I won’t be following the crowd. Although I like my iPhone SE, I won’t be buying any new iPhone. Far too overpriced for me. Refurbished fine, but new, sorry Mr Apple no chance.
