I am really happy about my iPhone 12 refurbished, though the battery percentage was 96% . At first, I was reluctant to buy my iPhone 12 refurbished on this app but Backmarket kept their promises and I received my phone with good condition not as an excellent but the phone is good and functioning very well. however, I will be 💯 willing to buy other devices from them in future.

I've only just given this phone to my son as a gift so I can't really go into much detail on the performance as he's not had it for long but so far all seems to be working great. Visually the phone is in great condition, I was wary about choosing one in a good condition rather then excellent condition since it was a gift but i shouldn't have as our son wouldn't have even known it was refurbished had it been in an offical Iphone box. I will definitely purchase again from BackMarket

I ordered a fair quality phone and it's brilliant. The battery life is excellent and the only mark on the phone is a slight scratch on the screen which is barely visible, especially now I have a screen protector on it. I like the size of it. The only very slight niggle is that there wasn't a widget to open the sim card slot with the phone in the box. I'm expecting a long life from this phone and so far it has performed beautifully. I highly recommend back market.

Looked new out of the box , I’ve been using it for 3 ish weeks now, all great but some problems. The camera shutter sometimes doesn’t work properly and will spam when I’m trying to take a photo, it just focuses and in focuses, but most of the time it fixes it’s self, battery’s good, The photos is takes are great.

Huge thanks for very quick service. The A35 is in superb condition and, with Back Market's refurb, it's in excellent condition and like new. The A35 is just right for me (it's not as high spec as the s-series) but really does the job with good cameras. I'm a very happy customer.

I am so very pleased with this purchase. There was no hassle ordering, the only hassle I had was deciding which one to finally order 😅. This feels like a brand new phone, works like a dream and looks damn good! My daughter was gushing on about how nice the phone is, when I told her I got it from BackMarket, she was surprised and said that she had heard about them but didn't trust ordering anything. When she saw my phone and heard how quickly I got my order, she immediately ordered an earpiece for her iPhone. I am recommending this site to everyone!!! I am so impressed with the iPhone I’ve bought for my daughter for Christmas. It was on sale for the ‘excellent’ one and ended up being cheaper than the ‘good’ one! It looks brand new tbh not a thing wrong with it looks wise. I’ve checked it turns on and it does. However it is for Christmas so not fully used it yet to comment on battery life or know of it glitches at all BUT I don’t think it will as like I say it’s like brand new :D. It came in a box so I can wrap it and with a cute little gesture in the box making it feel really personable. Overall love back market and would definitely shop again :)
