bought for my grandson for Xmas and the other for my daughter. Tablets are in vert good condition and in perfect working order. Awaiting my other order of another tablet for my granddaughter. Products are worth the prices

Was thrilled to bits with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, I am not very tech minded but I think I made the right choice, it was delivered well before the day I was given so that was a plus, the phone was like new and did not have a mark on it, the battery is good and holds its charge well. I will certainly use BackMarket when I am next ready for an upgrade.

This is a fabulous UK device. I purchased one of these before this one from an international auction site which was not compatible with Samsung & Microsoft websites due to the phone being from another country. After obtaining a refund I purchased this one, which fully works due to it being a UK phone. The battery in these phones are amazing, I compared the handset against the S25 with a few differences between the handsets and this one having a bigger battery capacity. I would buy from these guys again!

Delivery was quick and the device is exactly as expected. It looks new, works like new. It was an upgrade from my previous backmarket phone which I had for 3+ years and honestly it didn't need replacing. It was my choice to upgrade the model.

The phone seems to be working. However an important issue that I don't know the effects of is the battery. Upon setting up the device a notice comes up that the battery in the phone is unrecognisable, probably because it's been refurbished. The reason isn't bad but the meaning is uncertain. Theres no way for me to change or even to secure that the battery is safe and not a scam. Lets hope the battery doesn't affect daily functioning negatively.

I ordered a fair quality phone and it's brilliant. The battery life is excellent and the only mark on the phone is a slight scratch on the screen which is barely visible, especially now I have a screen protector on it. I like the size of it. The only very slight niggle is that there wasn't a widget to open the sim card slot with the phone in the box. I'm expecting a long life from this phone and so far it has performed beautifully. I highly recommend back market.

I am really happy about my iPhone 12 refurbished, though the battery percentage was 96% . At first, I was reluctant to buy my iPhone 12 refurbished on this app but Backmarket kept their promises and I received my phone with good condition not as an excellent but the phone is good and functioning very well. however, I will be 💯 willing to buy other devices from them in future.

Huge thanks for very quick service. The A35 is in superb condition and, with Back Market's refurb, it's in excellent condition and like new. The A35 is just right for me (it's not as high spec as the s-series) but really does the job with good cameras. I'm a very happy customer.

The phone was as expected and I was really pleased with the phone. Ive ordered from backMarket before and I've been happy every time. Unfortunately, my son lost the phone on the very same day that it arrived so I've now had to order another phone from BackMarket and im happy with it.
