    I am really happy about my iPhone 12 refurbished, though the battery percentage was 96% . At first, I was reluctant to buy my iPhone 12 refurbished on this app but Backmarket kept their promises and I received my phone with good condition not as an excellent but the phone is good and functioning very well. however, I will be 💯 willing to buy other devices from them in future.

    I've only just given this phone to my son as a gift so I can't really go into much detail on the performance as he's not had it for long but so far all seems to be working great. Visually the phone is in great condition, I was wary about choosing one in a good condition rather then excellent condition since it was a gift but i shouldn't have as our son wouldn't have even known it was refurbished had it been in an offical Iphone box. I will definitely purchase again from BackMarket

    To be fair the screen had two massive scratches one at the top and halfway down but could only be seen when the phone was not being used other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.The phone works perfectly fine.

    phone arrived earlier than stated, only order a phone of fair condition for my son. was very impressed with the quality of the product. only noticeable damage was to the lip of the camera. phone works Well and is adequately suitable for my sons needs

    The phone looks good and all seems to be functioning well. There are a couple of light scuffs on the bottom corners, but apart from that in good condition. Transferring all my files and Apps across from my old iPhone was a doddle. I thought it would be more complicated, but it wasn't. Delivery was fantastic, as it arrived the day after I ordered it.

    I was marginally disappointed by the obvious damage to the phone body. Screen was fine, and battery life is great (so far) but there was a lot more visual and obvious damage to the phone body than on previous orders placed with Back Market.

    I was really happy with this product. I bought as a throwaway phone for travelling but kept using it after I traveled! The only reason I had to swap out recently is because I needed more storage. Would recommend backmarket!
