The ordering process and delivery was smooth and reliable. The product was exactly as described. The battery doesn't last a full day - not sure if this is due to the product itself or because of it been refurbished but I have to charge it once, sometimes twice a day. Other than that, 10/10 service and product.

As always with Back Market, the quality of the refurbished phone never ceases to amaze me. I bought an s22 ultra last year and it was immaculate. This time I bought a Google pixel 8 and it was STILL FACTORY SEALED in its original box with original shipping screen protector, charger and packaging. I saved about £300 on a brand new phone. I'm not even sure how they managed to do that. I will never buy new again.

Very happy, so far, with the iPad.Very clean, looks like new, came with much of the original packaging. I am not a 'big' user, just wanted a computer when away from home. Not a gamer, nor do I have lots of apps. Bought a phone from a another well known supplier of refurbished tech, (GG), which became unusable after about a year with no help from GG, which was the main reason for not going to them this time. Just hope this remains 'good' for longer.

I really wasn't expecting such a lovely flawless phone in it's original box with a brand new fast charging cable to boot. This is my first time purchasing from back market and I'm over the moon! I bought this phone for my son who isn't fussed about having the latest phone and just likes a nice phone to watch his stuff on. He is going to be so happy with this! I much prefer buying refurbished phones as I don't agree with all the waste just for aesthetics. I've used other websites but this is now my new favourite! Very competitive prices and nicer outcome. It literally came to my door less than 24 hours after ordering ! A very happy customer! Thank you !

iPad arrived promptly and set up was straightforward. Very happy with everything. Have bought a few items from backmarket and never had an issue with anything. Service and quality of products are good.

As always, the buying experience from Back Market was first class - absolutely no complaints at all. The IPod is a Christmas gift so I can’t comment on it other than to say that it looks perfect in appearance. As yet, it has not been turned on! If as normal with this company, I expect it all to perform well, but cannot give a full review just yet

Very pleased with my new iPad so far. It arrived very quickly and was in great condition, boxed and not a mark on it. Apart from emoji’s disappearing suddenly ( now resolved) haven’t had any problems. Great service,I was recommended by my son who has bought from you a few times and I have already recommended to friends. 👍
