I ordered this phone in white and received the grey. The customer service has been spot on and I cannot fault that at all. Sadly the battery life was terrible and I was recharging three times a day. I have been offered a refund which I am currently sorting now.

It's good, clean, works fine, but battery depletes quite fast. Otherwise all good.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, so I can give a review based on that time. The device has worked even better than a similar one I bought from verkkokauppa.com a few years ago; that particular one was the last display model and its screen had been replaced, which led to several malfunctions. The condition of the one I ordered from you surprised me, even though the condition was "only" good, I would have classified it as even better! I've long wanted to find one in exactly this color, affordably refurbished, and I got it from you. The screen on this particular model is prone to breaking, and this unit had not a single scratch or dent, and the protruding cameras on the back were also in good condition, and taking photos hasn't been this pleasant in a couple of years. Phone arrived promptly, so far has worked well, battery does not to last as long as my motoG4 plus. And does not have socket for cord earphones. Need to purchase extra adapter. Other than all good. Will need to replace another existing motog5s plus soon

1st purchase on Back Market with a little apprehension that quickly vanished! The delivery was quick and the parcel well prepared. The phone is perfect, both in terms of general condition and performance. After several successive updates, it's perfect and I've been using it for nearly 3 weeks now with no problems to complain about. There are not many Motorola layers, which is what led me to choose this brand. I'll definitely be coming back to BM for future purchases!
