Motorola Moto G9 Plus

I was charged a fee to check the phone before delivery and the phone was delivered in the wrong state - I couldnt use it as it had a pin lock on it. I needed a phone urgently and had to get one from elsewhere. I returned the phone and asked for a refund but have not received the full amount. What I dont get is why I paid for a fee if the phone wasn't checked? I should get that money back Also I lost around an additional 12% on the price I paid. Its a joke. If Im not at fault I shouldn’t have to pay. I ordered from here through a recommendation of a friend but i am disappointed. This is not right and I have been treated unfairly.

The delivery process was excellent. The mobile works very well, only the audio in calls is a bit low and one day it happened that the other person did not hear me during calls and video calls. I restarted it and it worked again. I hope it continues to work like this! Overall very good, happy with the purchase.

I already had a motorola G9 for my work, and I was satisfied with its performance. I had to return it when I retired, and knowing perfectly well how to use it, I wanted to keep the same model for my everyday life.

Very nice delivery condition, battery lasts up to 2d. Clear recommendation for backmarket as well as Motorola G series (used most G+ models so far).

The performance is excellent, even though it's not as intuitive to use as a Samsung. On the other hand, the weight and size are rather negative details.
