This is the second refurbished phone I've had from Back Market and I have been really pleased with both. Good for the planet and good saving compared to buying new.

My first Google pixel and I am really happy with it. The phone looked brand new was easy to set up and performs wonderfully. Will use back market for all future purchases. Really good deal for a really good product.

I bought this phone to replace a very old smart phone so I'm very impressed with the modern features, though it's bigger and harder to hold and I can barely use it one-handed. I read that the hardware is good so I flashed the operating system to CalyxOS to get all of the Google stuff out of my way and now it works really well as a simple Android 13 phone for photography, communication, authentication and minesweeper. It arrived very quickly and was in near-perfect condition - just the plastic around the fingerprint sensor on the back was slightly worn, which is completely unnoticeable most of the time and will probably be covered by a case.
