    Ordered after much deliberation of new vs refurbished? Just thought it was worth having the device I want / bit better spec and helping the environment. Delivered two days later, would not know it was refurbished, like new.

    Oooo-wee, but I *l*o*v*e* this machine. Bought it because it cost less than the MacBook Air I was first looking at. To start with, not only did it arrive early and fully charged, it's in mint condition, despite my buying "fair". Absolutely stunning and works like a dream. Kudos to the refurbisher who has done a BRILLIANT job. As for the MacBook Pro itself, I don't know why the touch bar gets a bad press, I find it unobtrusive and most helpful when I need it. My best purchase from Back Market so far and thrilled with it, thank you.

    This is the second device that I've bought from back market. A galaxy Tab s10 ultra. The purchase and the service was brilliant. The delivery was one day and the condition of the tablet was marked as good but in actual fact it was excellent there's not a mark on it anywhere. It was though the device was brand new. It came with all of its accessories and it works superbly.

    Absolutely perfect! I love my new phone. The camera is really good, although the Snapchat camera is very saturated but its not a huge issue. It is very iPhone like, but with all the best Samsung features! The battery life is great, charging is pretty normal (not as quick as my s20, which had 45w charging, this has 25w) Recommend for the price !!

    got the delivery in like 3 days. Love the tablet. The 120hz screen is suuper smooth, the screen doesn't look that much different from an oled screen and the colours are much more vibrant than my sister's galaxy tab S7+ and iPad a16 ( 2025 ). Once all the updates are installed the tablet is very fast, no micro stutters that I could notice. The only thing I wish back market would do is to sell this tablet with the pen. I had to buy the Xiaomi smart pen gen 2 separately but that costs between £ 60 - 80. You can get an off brand universal stylus but nearly all of the android ones do not have palm rejection. still tho, iam extremely happy with this purchase.

    I ordered this for my wife. it was listed in mint condition, and I have to agree with that, I thought it was brand new to begin with. was impressed that it came in its original box with the accessories. I only gave it to her yesterday, so we've yet to transfer over to the new phone from her old one though, so its not actually been used yet.
