I've been a fan of Huawei phones for years mainly for the camera. I found the P40 good for everything that didn't require Google. When I stated having problems because I wanted to use apps that are dependent on Google I switched back to my previous P20 which after many years faithful service died on me. I looked around and went for a refurbished P30 from Back Market which is just fabulous. The camera is superb. It's a comfortable size and weight. I can access apps dependant on Google. The screen bright and clear. I am very happy with my Huawei and very happy to have an excellent refurbished phone from Back Market

Very happy with my purchase. The item arrived very quickly and looked almost new. The last time I bought an Apple Pencil it was a refurbished model direct from Apple. It was more expensive and never functioned as well as the one purchased from Back Market. I’ll definitely be using Back Market in the future. Thank you for a great buying experience 👍

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. First time ordering a refurbished iPhone 13 and pleased that it’s in perfect order, no scratches or dents and battery at 89%. . Also came with a new charging cable . Very happy so far.

I was a little sceptical about what would turn up when I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my son's iphone 11, but thought it was worth a try. We opted for the 2nd highest grade, we would have gone for the highest grade but it wasn't available on the model we wanted. The phone arrived in perfect condition. The battery health states 100%. Definitely a great choice to buy refurbished, like many teenagers he is not the most careful with his phone, it gets dropped and the screen protectors get smashed quite quickly. I didn't want to fork out on a 3 yr new contract if I didn't need to on a phone that will likely be dropped pretty quickly. Taking a chance on Back Market has paid off and I will definitely use them again. They have even offered £35 trade in on the old iPhone 11 which doesn't take photo's anymore due to cracked lenses. Win win!

I ordered a premium quality black iPhone 16 over the August Bank Holiday weekend and it arrived by Wednesday 27th August so no complaints there. I even delayed delivery by a day as I wasn’t going to be in to sign for it on 26th. The phone is in new condition, in fact I believe it is unused.
