Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Having seen this website and my partner purchasing a reconditioned device from here, I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPad. I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. Very pleased with this refurbished Ipad. all working as per my previous model which i had had for 4 years, however there was a problem with the battery , hence the need for a "new" one. Good product, good price, excellent service. Will use you again for sure.

The IPad arrived nicely packaged. A day earlier than expected, so that’s good. It’s in immaculate condition, worked straight away by linking with n iPhone. This is the second reconditioned iPad we’ve bought this year. Most likely to use Back Market again
