Having seen this website and my partner purchasing a reconditioned device from here, I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPad. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and the device was delivered as promised. The device works perfectly and I'm one happy customer. Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

This was brought for my son as a Christmas present. I did pay the extra for an original Apple box and also I paid out extra for a good quality refurbished iPad. The result was my son was super happy with what he’d been given, it was in excellent condition without a single mark on it as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to go down the refurbished route and read up on what you are buying as many of these products actually have never been used. I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. I would recommend black market and have to everyone my son is going to also purchase an ipad and I will also use in the future thank you
