Had to upgrade from an iphone 6s as Apple were no longer supporting it ☹️. Upgraded to an iphone 13 as I learned it would be a few years until the support on THIS phone was stopped. Had this iphone for about a week now & stilll getting used to it to be honest. Its a nice phone but a bit bigger than what I'm used to & trying to get used to the 'swipe up for the 'home button' instead of just clicking it. All in all, its just a case of getting used to it.

Phone arrived within two days of ordering and to be honest it's very difficult to tell this refurb phone from a brand new handset. Having never bought a refurbished phone I was somewhat nervous about how it would turn out. In the end, I needn't have worried, the transaction and delivery went smoothly; the phone is in pristine condition with a battery that seems new too. Couldn't ask for more!
