I bought a OnePlus 12 in "excellent" condition. It's effectively a brand new phone. I got the standard battery, and it's still got 100% capacity. The phone is rapid, battery lasts forever and the cameras are very decent. I love the detail of including the 100W SuperVOOC charger in the delivery. The charging speed really is as fast as advertised. BackMarket delivered the phone 2 days ahead of their predicted time. Excellent phone and excellent service!

I first bought a refurbished s22 from somewhere else and it was utterly trash so I came here after being told about it by my brother and the s22+ was the same price as that trash and all I can say is damn this phone as of right now is truly excellent

Absolutely blown away by the speed of deliver & quality of the product and condition!! Was expecting a scuff or two as described but I can't find it if there is one !! Would DEFINITELY buy again from Backmarket, I've had older phones off them before but never a 'nearly current' model - but will definitely do again when it's time to upgrade! Battery life is almost perfect as far as I can tell and lasts pretty much as advertised as from new, nearly 2 days which is crazy these days.

I have received it! It came in a well sealed cardboard box. It had the charger wire and the little metal tool to open the Sim drawer on the phone. I believed I managed to switch all the apps from my S8 to my now S23 FE; so far I am very pleased with the phone. At the same time I purchased my excellent grade phone, I also bought a protective case. The case I received is not compatible with the phone, which I realised once I looked at it closely; it is for an S20 FE; the dimensions don't fit the updated version S23 FE. I am sure I typed in S23 FE but the result came up with S20 FE which I thought perhaps it was a compatible product. I have tried to obtain a return label for a refund but so far no reply. I am not keen to use the new phone without a protective case. That is the only thing that is bothering me. Why doesn't the item come with a return label in the package or at least have the return label on the up/website like most online businesses do, where the customer can print it, stick it on the parcel and send it back straightaway; cutting out the time wasting in between?

Very happy with my new phone-went for the 14 plus for the larger screen after upgrading from the 12. Phone was in great condition and arrived v promptly-no marks or scratches in sight. Have since taken up trading my previous phone with Back market and have to say the process went exactly as promised. Would have no hesitation in recommending Back market to anyone looking to purchase a quality phone at a realistic price and avoiding the ridiculous new prices advertised elsewhere.

Tablet in great quality. Lags a bit, but is to be expected at such a low price point. Expandable storage up to 1T and a headphone jack are rare features nowadays and are brilliant on this tablet. Would recommend if you want a cheap tablet!

The phone came well packaged and in original box with the original phone case protector. Phone was in immaculate condition, really couldn't tell it was refurbed. Been using it for a week now and have no complaints. Great phone and love the fold experience. Definitely use back market again when needed
