4.5/5So far, no problems! Just a couple caveats for anyone planning to buy... The 1000GB model was never released in the UK. This model is meant to be exclusive to the Chinese market, running ColorOS instead of OxygenOS. This means the seller likely unlocked the bootloader to convert ColorOS to OxygenOS before relocking it again. I can confirm the bootloader came locked. I can tell the bootloader was likely unlocked in the past because OEM unlocking option was enabled by default when you unlock the developer options when tapping version number in settings multiple times. Because of the conversion to OxygenOS on Chinese hardware, you cannot 100% guarantee a future official OxygenOS update won't brick your phone due to the Chinese model meant be running ColorOS. A future system update technically could cause the locked bootloader to reject OxygenOS, causing the phone not to boot. So far, I only had one system update which has not bricked it. This suggests the seller has converted to OxygenOS properly before sale. I thought I'd mention this now so that the seller cannot just deny a future warranty claim because the bootloader was previously unlocked. If after my warranty period, a system update bricks my phone, I hope I can at least still boot into fastboot, unlock the bootloader, then install LineageOS. Another downside is the Chinese model lacking eSIM support. Not a deal-breaker for me. Because the bootloader is relocked, I am passing Play Integrity, therefore banking apps and Google Pay thankfully are still working. Battery health also seems to be 100% according to system settings and battery seems to be great so far. I hope it remains going well and that I won't have to return the phone/make a warranty claim within 12 months. 😁

5/5I bought a OnePlus 12 in "excellent" condition. It's effectively a brand new phone. I got the standard battery, and it's still got 100% capacity. The phone is rapid, battery lasts forever and the cameras are very decent. I love the detail of including the 100W SuperVOOC charger in the delivery. The charging speed really is as fast as advertised. BackMarket delivered the phone 2 days ahead of their predicted time. Excellent phone and excellent service!

5/5Absolutely blown away by the speed of deliver & quality of the product and condition!! Was expecting a scuff or two as described but I can't find it if there is one !! Would DEFINITELY buy again from Backmarket, I've had older phones off them before but never a 'nearly current' model - but will definitely do again when it's time to upgrade!
