So far so good! My first time buying refurbished goods. Safe to say I will do so again. A few scratches but the screen is in perfect condition :) Looking forward to using it everyday :) I recommend!

Really great service from Back Market! The monitors arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the display and the condition was great! They still look brand new 11 days later! And the price was good too - £200 for x2 27" monitors Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for refurbished tech!

Excellent communication and outstanding delivery time. Monitor works well and very pleased. Only downside was the backplate on the monitor stand had been assembled 90 degrees out of alignment for connection to monitor. Fortunately I had a slim line spanner and was able to loosen locknut and rotate mounting plate without having to remove the whole assembly. This task may have been beyond a lot of your customers.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The monitor is in excellent condition as expected. I found only one tiny scratch on back of base witch is not visible when monitor is on the desk. It works perfectly fine.

I got this item the next day, it was just as described in perfect condition and working in 10mins. Not disappointed, the second item from Back market ,will be happy to buy again and recommend to anyone.

I was not really sure if i wanted a reconditioned monitor, but when it arrived i thought it was new. It was so well packed and i love it. I would definately reccomend Back Market, no fuss whatso ever. !!!!!

Bought this monitor recently and it's been great. Arrived promptly, well packaged and tbh would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new one even if my life depended on it. Have bought quite a few things from Backmarket now and not had a single problem yet. I'm never buying new again!

The Computer arrived well-wrapped with a charging cable, HDMI cable and display port cable. I was expecting a type-C over the display port cable to be included, but maybe I read wrong. It is in really good condition aside from a dead pixel in the top right corner edge of the screen, but it does not affect my use of the monitor. Barely noticeable. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and their communication. Would recommend.

Condition was quite good with only 1-2 minor scratches. Monitor screen and buttons work well. The packaging was a bit concerning as the outer box was bigger than the screen and everything inside was bubble wrapped. So it's not feasible to repack it and the components moved a bit in the box which concerned me initially but it was fine.

Found exactly what I wanted and ordering / delivery process was very quick and smooth. Only tricky part was figuring out how to link everything up with my other screens! Thank you and would highly recommend.
