Good product, came in it’s original box in good condition, good ips and colour definition, 60 hz limited but you get what you pay for, otherwise great product for casual gaming, programming or just watching YouTube.

I'm very pleased with this monitor. The resolution is very sharp compared to my older one. I had some problems with some of the interfaces with my laptop but that cleared up after downloading some drivers

I received the monitor in good time. Well packaged, covered in discreet film, with all safety and fragile markings, cables neatly packaged, instruction booklet sealed and icing on cake is the electrical check from June 2025!!.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The monitor is in excellent condition as expected. I found only one tiny scratch on back of base witch is not visible when monitor is on the desk. It works perfectly fine.

I got this item the next day, it was just as described in perfect condition and working in 10mins. Not disappointed, the second item from Back market ,will be happy to buy again and recommend to anyone.

So far so good! My first time buying refurbished goods. Safe to say I will do so again. A few scratches but the screen is in perfect condition :) Looking forward to using it everyday :) I recommend!

Bought this monitor recently and it's been great. Arrived promptly, well packaged and tbh would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new one even if my life depended on it. Have bought quite a few things from Backmarket now and not had a single problem yet. I'm never buying new again!

Excellent communication and outstanding delivery time. Monitor works well and very pleased. Only downside was the backplate on the monitor stand had been assembled 90 degrees out of alignment for connection to monitor. Fortunately I had a slim line spanner and was able to loosen locknut and rotate mounting plate without having to remove the whole assembly. This task may have been beyond a lot of your customers.

Really taken aback with how it's like a new monitor - so pleased with the quality and price of this product. I'm starting out in graphic design as a student and so this is such a good option for me for now until I can afford an Apple display - I'll definitely come back to Back Market when I look the next time round!

Pretty much as advertised. Grade was Fair but I haven't spotted any marks. The stand was slightly different to the image, but not an issue. The product itself is great for my purposes, though the built in webcam and speaker weren't the quality I would expect at the 'new off the shelf' market price (I should probably have checked the specs...). At the blackmaket price point though, it was a steal.
