1st time using back market to purchase a refurbished iPad for my sons 1st tablet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and the gradings easy to understand. I found the pricing to be competitive and the delivery to be decent. The device itself was graded as “good” and on closer inspection it was in great condition, so pleased with that. A great positive 1st experience and will be using and recommending this service going forward.

This is the second purchase I bought from back market. And yet again I have been so impressed with the quality and standards of my purchases. I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter for Christmas and it stated very good condition and to be honest i would class it as perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark was visible and I think the battery has been replaced too as it shows 100%. It came with a new charger and cable too, not genuine but I am not bothered. If I was going to be really harsh on reviewing it, the only thing I found was that it didn't seem to have been reset, but for the sake of tapping the screen a few times and resetting it myself that is the only thing I could say. Yet again a really great item and so incredibly happy and satisfied with back market and the vendors they represent. I will definitely be back when my phone needs upgrading. Highly recommended website and confident in purchasing a quality item.

I received the iPad much earlier than informed. On inspecting the iPad it looks just like the day it was made not a mark to be found anywhere. Works as expected I would highly recommend Back Market as a source of refurbished tech.

honestly this was just absolutely perfect, I got exactly what I ordered, the order was here super fast, the iPad is working perfectly, it was charged, it arrived with a charger, packed safely, the condition is excellent as was promised and I looove that it is a refurbished iPad and not new, honestly just 10/10, exactly what was promised and what I ordered and what I wanted and the iPad is functioning and working perfectly

Good product delivered promptly - spotless, you wouldn't know it was refurbished. The battery seems to loose power relatively quickly, but for what I wanted that isn't a problem. It is amazing value for money so overall I am very impressed. If you have any doubts about using Back Market, don't worry, good product, delivered on time and it works. Thank you Back Market

Came as described super quick! iPad seems to be in perfect condition so really is good for the price Only think I would comment on is the packaging - I get it won’t be in the Apple box which is fine but maybe get some boxes that fit the product more snug and that are better quality - I think if kicked around by the courier this could have easily broke as was just in a think bit of bubble wrap inside a flimsy box too big for the iPad - but still no damage and iPad is great condition- thank you!!

Bought an extra iPad with cellular features. It arrived looking like it was 'new' even though it was rated as in 'fair' condition. I am very happy and can't fault the iPad or Back Market. Highly recommended.

Well as buying products from you fantastic this is the second phone I’ve bought and an an iPad , but you offered me £170 for my old iPhone but counter offered £60 which I’m really disappointed because the iPhone is good condition works really well, I feel you tried to get my phone for nothing anyway my new iPhone is amazing thanks

ipad was good, had few scratches but not visible at all. works fine no problem so far. Charger was missing, however Back market customer service was really helpful, really accommodating. They even refunded £15 because of missing charger. I highly recommend back market.

Anther excellent purchase from Back Market! The iPad looked completely new with hardly any noticeable wear and tear. Works perfectly. Delivery was great.
