Condition was beyond excellent, feels like I had a brand new ipad! It was in perfect condition and packaged the same way as a new one would be. Was surprised to see a European plug though but an adaptor was provided

The item was delivered extremely quickly and it was packaged with bubble wrap with was very reassuring. The ipad itself is in amazing condition with no scratches or sign of use and it was immediately ready to set up and use. I highly recommended

iPad is fab but packaging could have been a bit more secure. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but not taped in place. Would not have been great if it had been put through the letterbox or rumbled about in transit.

I was hesitant at first about ordering a second hand iPad but I could not fault Back Market at all. The iPad looks as good as new and it arrived within a matter of days and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend Back Market

Very pleased with this iPad. It's in excellent condition and has decent battery health. Actually it looks brand new. Also bought an iPhone from BackMarket and that is spot on as well. Very quick tracked delivery.

I ordered an iPad in excellent condition, the price was very competitive. It arrived quicker than estimated and really was in excellent condition. No marks, scratches, dents, and it seems to be working perfectly too. The battery life isn’t amazing, however I bought it for use with very battery-intensive apps, so I can’t 100% blame that on the iPad itself. It came with an off brand charger that unfortunately doesn’t work with the iPad - unsure why, it works to charge other devices, but not the iPad, but that wasn’t the end of the world as I have other USB-C chargers at home anyway! The only annoyance was that the iPad arrived with a sticker on the back that listed its make & model, and the sticker was incredibly hard to get off, and took a few days to get all of the last bits of sticker residue off - but not a major problem since the iPad was in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from Back Market again!
