My first time using Back Market so was a bit apprehensive, but I'm super happy with my phone! Phone looks in perfect condition to me. Battery life seems great. Would definitely use again in the future!

Great condition, but it appears to be s US Sourced phone. Had to reset to UK keyboard and use the 0000 zip code to register account However 30% cheaper than uk street prices and a returning buyer so we'll happy

Unboxed in as new condition, shipping was fast delivery poor but, that was Royal Mail sending it to wrong depot again, same old issue with their 24 hour delivery never happens. Battery life improved over my old S10, working as it should so far.

Bought the Samsung S21+ for my son's birthday. Ordered it Friday arrived the very next day by 10 am! I did pay for the £5 extra delivery charge and was super impressed by how quick it arrived considering it was stating it would arrive on Monday. I was also very pleased with the condition and battery life on the phone. It far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be buying from you again in the near future. I was looking for a replacement of my old samsung s6, I had seen back market advertised & as I didn't want to splash out for a brand new phone I gave them a try.I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I needn't have worried.Phone I ordered was samsung s21+ in excellent condition & that's exactly what it came in,not a mark on it & even has original protective film on front & back,battery was at 78% but soon charged up to 100%, very well packaged & excellent delivery.Thanks back market one very happy customer 👍 10/1

The Samsung Galaxy s21plus I purchased was as described "Excellent". As good as new as far as I can tell. Delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. Very happy with my dealings with Back Market. First time I have had a refurbished phone and I would certainly purchase my next one from Back Market.

Phone exterior looks very good and new, phone is snappy and quick but its has severe screen burn which is fine didn't pay too much for the phone so its alright. Would definitely have preferred a screen with scratches than a screen with burn but overall very good website to buy from quick delivery and easy navigation.

This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. I would buy from Back Market in future again, confident l'd be getting a great service/site to buy refurbished tech.
