Purchased a Galaxy Samsung S21+ in purple listed as excellent. Must admit never having purchased refurbished before I was a little wary - opened box and it's beautiful it looks new 😁 If I have a concern it's the fact that I listen to audio books I hope the battery is as good as the phone - it seems to be🤞 My husband saw it and had instant phone jealousy😂 so I ordered an S21+ in black it has arrived and again looks like a new phone. I was looking for a replacement of my old samsung s6, I had seen back market advertised & as I didn't want to splash out for a brand new phone I gave them a try.I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I needn't have worried.Phone I ordered was samsung s21+ in excellent condition & that's exactly what it came in,not a mark on it & even has original protective film on front & back,battery was at 78% but soon charged up to 100%, very well packaged & excellent delivery.Thanks back market one very happy customer 👍 10/1

Navigation on the site looking for a refurbished phone was really clear and well laid out. Nice not to see lots of drop down lists. Ordering the phone (Samsung S21+) was very straightforward and delivered very quick. The phone was well packaged and as I ordered the unit in Very condition, it was immaculate. It already had 70% charge, so I was able to this up and running, updated and tested without any issues. Thoroughly recommend backmarket, and will be ordering from them again. One suggestion though. Although you supply a USB cable, it would be helpful to provide a sim slot ejection pin. Luckily I had one, but not everyone will to hand.

Bought the Samsung S21+ for my son's birthday. Ordered it Friday arrived the very next day by 10 am! I did pay for the £5 extra delivery charge and was super impressed by how quick it arrived considering it was stating it would arrive on Monday. I was also very pleased with the condition and battery life on the phone. It far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be buying from you again in the near future. No complaints whatsoever for this refurbished phone. As good as new (the alarm had an Indian accent to start with but I was able to turn the voice off after fiddling about for a bit). Well packaged and delivered on time. Phones do not seem to be evolving as fast as they did a few years back so, for me, it made sense to go for a refurbished, high end model from a few years ago. I have not been disappointed.
