Extremely happy with my new phone! I ordered one in "Good" condition but must say, it's actually in pretty perfect condition and looks like new. The screen is new and the battery charge lasts a lot longer than my other Samsung. The charging cable provided is perfect also. I will definitely purchase further devices from these guys! 👍

Phone wouldn't charge after 3/4 weeks. Excellent condition, great phone. I've ordered another one exactly the same. Was a bit of a mind boggle, when looking to get it repaired. Got there in the end, then it was easy enough to sort. Had a full refund ordered another phone.

I mistakingly bought my phone in fair condition and have been worrying all weekend about what state it would be in. All I can say is its perfect! Slight sticker mark on the back where the camera is but that came off really easily. Very very happy with my purchase and, as always will highly recommend 👌🏽 😀

my phone arrived with a slight scratch on the screen even though I had paid a premium for excellent condition. The scratch is only visible when screen is off. Otherwise very pleased with the phone and would recommend Back Market

I really love the phone quality it was in excellent condition as I requested, customer service was super good. I would love to get my 4th order soon. delivery is always fast as usual 2-3 days your will receive your order trust their delivery, always on time.

Ordered 'good' condition and very impressed with the actual handset, screen and back near perfect and just a few minor marks on the side bezels, battery not bad either. Will definitely check back in the future if I need another handset for a good price.
