Good phone overall even thought it was bought in excellent condition I have had issue with the battery not giving me the right reading I had to let the phone battery drain completely and then charge to 100% I am happy with the phone now came in perfect condition with a screen protector already installed I would defo recommend especially if you like the look and feel of older iPhones I would only say make sure you keep a close eye on the battery

Perfect condition no problem at all it came exactly how they said it would but I had2 problems it came with a wrong charger and the battery drains quick but when I started using it the battery adjusted I got a new charger and for a fair condition phone it was very like new .thank you back market

Very pleased with my iPhone XS. Was in excellent condition as described and arrived a day early. Would definitely order from these guys again.

The phone was great when it first arrived and has 100% battery capacity. All was normal for about 5-6 months, but at that point the battery percentage (as in the health) started declining rapidly. I also had a problem where the screen was lifting off the phone. This resulted in two deadlines on my screen. There was no visual error, simply the screen was unresponsive in those two areas. As well as this, the face-id stopped working around this time. I intended to get the phone fixed on warranty but couldn’t justify sending it off for three days at any point, so 11 months after I bought the phone I spent just under half its price on a full screen replacement to deal with the screen problems. I was told by the person that replaced my phone that the battery was unsecured within the phone, explaining the sudden decline in battery health, in that it must have come loose due to poor attachment and started declining in health. He also informed me that the chip responsible for face id had fallen out and was loose and unable to be reattached - explaining the lack of face id. These problems - while discovered 11 months after purchased - all originated at about 6-8 months after purchase. After ...
