I recently bought an iPhone XS from Back Market, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The phone arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition just as described. It looks almost brand new, with barely any signs of use, and works flawlessly. I was initially unsure about buying refurbished, but Back Market has exceeded my expectations. As a lot of other reviews say, I was also a little sceptical of using a refurbished phone site having always bought my phones new. However I thought I take a chance and I am super impressed. I wanted an older and cheaper iPhone and the XS fitted the bill. And for the price of £140 it was a bargain. It hasn’t got a mark on it at all. And also, the battery, which I was prepared to perhaps replace, had a 97% health which was amazing. It came within two days as well. A nice little touch was it came with charging lead, screen protector and basic case at no extra cost that they didn’t even mention! I’ve only just recently bought a new iPhone 16 but I really wished I’d saved the money and got a refurbished one theough here and saved myself a bunch! Fantastic service all round. I’ll definitely be using again.
