With BackMarket, this process is genuinely the best possible outcome. I initially ordered the iPad and I received one that had the previous owner’s name customised on it. I raised the issue with back market and they immediately offered a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and immediately ordered another one.
With the new one I received, it’s literally perfect. It came very very clean, well packaged and with a free full charger, not just a cord. I’m very pleased with it and would 100% recommend and they have the interest of the customers as a priority.
