The part exchange process is confusing to say the least. The item was at your refurbisher and you kept sending mail saying I should send it back. Perhaps your team should report on receiving the product. By that communication you convinced me the return was lost and you wasted my time and that of your customer service team.

Having bought a used iPhone from Backmarket a few months ago, I am now a convert to buying used tech where available. My new iPad was sold to me as fair condition so I expected some marks, however in reality it takes some serious looking under very bright light to find any scratches. These are the sort of very minor marks I’d probably inflict myself within a few weeks of use anyway. So I am very pleased with my purchase. Also it arrived well packaged and with guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery which I hadn’t expected. All good. Thanks.

Purchased this with over £300 saving compared to Apple. iPad is in pristine in condition. No scratches or marks, and that was “Good” rating. It even has warranty for another 8 months from Apple. Delivery was prompt. All in all, will use them again for my tech stuff.

ipad arrived after a few days, brilliantly packaged and better condition than I expected. Still working out the battery life & camera functionality but know from previous orders that backmarket will sort if its not right.
