All in all this was a pretty straightforward transaction, the price was good and the process pretty straightforward. Delivery was again simple and all timings were as stated. My only gripe, mostly because I Iive in a rural area with poor broadband, the machine arrived without the latest IOS operating system which meant a very lengthy process in downloading and updating. The Mac Pro itself is everything I hoped it would be.

Very bad experience! I placed an order on 31/8 and was told it should arrive 2/9. However, this was not the case, I didn’t receive anything on 2/9 and suddenly today after many days of sending messages asking when will I receive my order I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. This is a very poor and unreliable service. Now I tried to reorder the device again with the same specifications but I couldn’t because the specs and conditions I wanted are no longer available. I want to mention that I was traveling this week and changed the dates based on the delivery date I was given. However after all that I didn’t receive the product I had ordered and without any apologies or explanation the order was cancelled. I would definitely not recommend this seller or website !!

I'm gradually getting used to the Apple configuration and its applications, and I'm taking it one step at a time. One regret is that for the moment I can't download my favourite applications like Open Office, which I've been using for years. It seems to me that Appel refuses free applications, which is a shame. I'll see how I can get round that. A Windows fan who is gradually switching to Apple (computer and phone...) like his children. Not disappointed at all, so far.
