Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10+
Not only did it arrive bang on time but it was immaculate. One would never know it was refurbished. Works wonderfully, looks magnificent and I'm so happy with 'Back Market' I'm telling everyone to do the same.

Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10.
The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.

100% Happy. The phone looks brand new.
Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new.
Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English.
The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus.
I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happy
