The first phone that came wouldn't charge, so I had to get in touch to get a replacement. The process was amazingly easy and quick. The postage was free and the replacement arrived the day after. I was gobsmacked at the efficiency. The new phone is fabulous. Thank you!

The phone arrived but there was something up with the screen. A weird green tint to the greys but not the blacks. I opted for a quick replacement and another device arrived within a few days. That process was very smooth, although my preferred colour was not available. All good with the second device.

Absolute blinding phone I ordered my elderly father as his S8 gave up..from finding it to delivery and set up so easy and at a bargain price. 4th time I've used back market and never been disappointed please keep up good work and trust me I will be recommending and will use again and again 👍

Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Arrived the next day, I chose the excellent condition and normal battery option. The phone looks absolutely brand new, battery life is perfect. Feels like an absolute steal! Like having a brand new phone but no where near the price bracket. Would 100% recommend and will never spend full price on a brand new phone from the high street ever again
