The first phone that came wouldn't charge, so I had to get in touch to get a replacement. The process was amazingly easy and quick. The postage was free and the replacement arrived the day after. I was gobsmacked at the efficiency. The new phone is fabulous. Thank you!

The phone arrived but there was something up with the screen. A weird green tint to the greys but not the blacks. I opted for a quick replacement and another device arrived within a few days. That process was very smooth, although my preferred colour was not available. All good with the second device.

Condition ordered was "fair" and looks brand new but I ordered an unlocked phone and it was locked to EE when it arrived.

Phone is in pristine condition, really quick delivery and works perfectly, phone was a UK model
