100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

The phonelooks brand new, you can hardly see any scratches. It works well and has a good battery life despite the fact that I chose the fair option. The only downside was it came locked do I had a somewhat hard time unlocking it but it's overall, it's really worth it. Been using it for 3 weeks now. I'd recommend Back market anyday to anyone.

Phone is in top condition, although I paid for the lowest condtion one so I'm pretty impressed. However, to get 5/5 it has to exceed my expectations and the only thing I can really comment on is the battery life isn't very good.

I bought this phone as a present and it's not been received yet but he was so pleased with his previous one from back market that he wanted another one. This is the 4th phone we've bought from back market and we're more than happy with the phone, the description on the website, the communication and the fast delivery. My daughter persuaded me to get a refurbished rather than new phone and recommended BackMarket. Good move as this is recycling and the phone looks like new. Currently very happy and money saved. Gail

As usual, I had very prompt service and the phone I received was in fantastic condition!! It took a while to get used to the bigger size and once the screen sensitivity was improved, things got better. I wld have liked a phone number to spk to someone though. I have ordered now 6 phones amd 2 tabs thru BM and not once have I been let down, no issues at all. I've recommended them highly to loads of people who have all also had great service. Thanks BM
