I was never going to enjoy having a new phone. I hate the idea of living my life through apps and screens. But this does all I need it to, was relatively easy to master, behaves well without being intrusive (now I've trained it), and feels all the better for being recycled/refurbished. I'm happy. Excellent price & great phone. I was a little sceptical before l ordered but when it arrived l was pleasantly surprised by the quality & ease of use. To be quite honest it is one of the best phones l have had over the years. The Motorola Edge Neo is a phone l will recommend to anyone who does not want to pay a fortune for a phone but this one does a great job. Well worth the money & one of the best purchases l have made this year.

For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

Really, really pleased with the speed and service and product (Moto G14). The tracking was good and delivered earlier than promised. Would certainly use BackMarket again. A decent refurbished smartphone for £109; what's not to like?

Bardzo dobry zakup za dobra cene. Stan niemal, ze idealny, bez wiekszych zarysowan. Bateria trzyma bardzo dlugo. Sprzet przyszedl zapakowany jak nowy. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Skorzystam napewno w przyszlosci

The phone itself is fine. Good value. My only problem was that I have only just been able to get a young person to set it all up for me. It is assumed that everyone knows how to set up a new phone and I couldn't find any appropriate help on the internet.

A great case and great price. Exactly what I needed and Moto G is a great style of phone - hardware is immaculate and UI is far superior to apple :D Unfortunately was not able to trade in my old phone as a partial exchange as backmarket were not looking for it. Also not easy to get a phone case for this model.

I will only be using Back market in future, I paid only £70 for this phone & it arrived within a couple of days with live updates on delivery. The phone itself is amazing, I had an iPhone before this that needed charged every hour of use, which was a torture as a runner, charge this phone at nighttime & it will easily see you through the entire day without any pressure to charge it again. An absolute bargain! Thanks
