I was never going to enjoy having a new phone. I hate the idea of living my life through apps and screens. But this does all I need it to, was relatively easy to master, behaves well without being intrusive (now I've trained it), and feels all the better for being recycled/refurbished. I'm happy. Thank you Back Market.

For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

Really, really pleased with the speed and service and product (Moto G14). The tracking was good and delivered earlier than promised. Would certainly use BackMarket again. A decent refurbished smartphone for £109; what's not to like?

I am not a regular customer of BACK MARKET but without fail the items I have purchased have been exactly as described in condition and functionality. Their commitment to fair pricing, recycling and customer services is excellent. My only issues have been regarding deliveries which I know has been due to the couriers inefficiency and not BACK MARKET! As a final comment might I suggest ALWAYS to come to BACK MARKET first rather than CEX, Amazon Resale etc.

The phone itself is fine. Good value. My only problem was that I have only just been able to get a young person to set it all up for me. It is assumed that everyone knows how to set up a new phone and I couldn't find any appropriate help on the internet.
