The phone itself is fine. Good value. My only problem was that I have only just been able to get a young person to set it all up for me. It is assumed that everyone knows how to set up a new phone and I couldn't find any appropriate help on the internet.

The phone itself is amazing, I had an iPhone before this that needed charged every hour of use, which was a torture as a runner, charge this phone at nighttime & it will easily see you through the entire day without any pressure to charge it again.
