Downgraded from a Pixel to this just so I could download a shit load of Spotify playlists losslessly with the 1T of memory. Vaguely regret it for two reasons. 1. Awful bloatware that is an effort to turn off (I'm sure it'll be back). 2. The lack of decent cases available for this model (I miss Spigen). Beyond that, it's 11 days since I ordered the phone. I sent my trade in as quickly as they sent me the envelope...and we're still several days away from being sent my money. It's too slow. I tried to chase the envelope but the chatbots were dreadful. Generally I wish I hadn't begun this process. NOTE: originally gave the 3/5 and then the spammed my and asked me again. So you've been downgraded. Your automation really really sucks.
