I got this for my grandad who had an Alcatel 1 (2021) 5033XR before but it got really slow and two different batteries expanded with it because of being charged too much, so I looked at this and decided to go for back market as I heard that the refurbished products are really good, so this phone is actually basically brand new as far as I can see, came with original box and box contents including the case. I set it up for my grandad and had it for a week in my possession before getting chance to give it to him and I honestly would think it costs like 200 or 300 pound if I hadnt known better, its super snappy and way underpriced so I am really happy with it, and he's had no trouble using it either as its a good size, loud ringtone volume and very fast with a small amount of apps installed. strong recommend tbh, id use this product for myself if I didn't already have a midrange galaxy phone, I'm very much satisfied 😀 arrived super quickly too, just 2 days of waiting.
