Fantastic Surface Pro 4 looks like new to be honest so very pleased. Just what I needed for digital motorbike manuals and part catalogues. Touchscreen is brilliant speed is really good. And just the right size for using in the garage. An inexpensive item for what I needed so I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service was great. I know where I will be looking first for any tech I need going forward.

I’m very pleased with this refurbished Surface and glad that my older Surface keyboard fitted and works well. I got a newer version as battery drained too quickly and needed Windows 11. This works perfectly. Great refurbished product rated fair but all good.

I was a little nervous about ordering refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The device itself is spotless. The BIOS password, which I was worried about because there's no way to clear it, was not set. And it came with the type cover / keyboard, which I wasn't expecting. Windows 11 pro was preinstalled and set up to run the first boot setup on power-on. Altogether a perfect experience.

Really happy with this laptop! Came super quickly and it really decent condition! Listed as fair condition and there’s only a few scuffs around the edges - hardly noticeable! Also came with a keyboard. Thank you very much.

It was a bit of a surpise to find that an MS product cannot be upgraded to W11 but there are fixes available on the internet, even if MS does not support the CPU. Condition exceeded expectations and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with the purchase which is in daily use.

The laptop arrived in time and good condition. Have been using it a lot and is my main laptop that I use. Cannot complain apart from getting the Blue Screen of Death. But not all bad. It only happens when too many things happening at the same time. I can handle that on off thing.

I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again
